Brainfog and Exhaustion
Every now and again, often after a period of exhaustion, I am faced with a morning of brainfog. When in the fog, there seems to be no exit. But if you keep moving forward you will find a way out.
While in this state its almost impossible to be “extremely productive” but just like with anything else, starting out slow is the way to do it. Start moving, maybe take a shower, go grab a snack (eating and drinking are very important to getting over this), slowly it will subside.
If your brainfog is headache based/caused, then try to identify whats causing your headache and address that.
The worst kind of brainfog in my opinion is the one that comes after mindlessly scrolling the internet looking for the most stimulation/next content. I would love to discuss my experience with that more indepth but with leave it to another day.
For now, I am grabbing some coffee and am going to clean up/organize myself and then my thoughts.
